Dolphin technology, the brilliant result of the collaboration between well known and established companies such as PGroup, BASF, Engel and Georg Kauffmann Formenbau AG, has been presented for the first time on the market at the 2005 Engel Symposium, where the first Engel Duo 11050/4550/1500 Combi M run automatically in continuous for 3 days by producing, on a G Kauffman tool, a driver's half dashboard. Everybody who had the possibility to attend to the show saw which powerful potential was inside it.

Engineering

PGroup Engineering department was created in 1998 as a structure strictly related to PGroup laboratory and R.D. One of its goals was creating a PVT properties database containing all PGroup polymers and compounds sold to the market, in order to obtain the most reliable results from CAE simulations. Thanks to this extremely precise technology, warpage and shrinkage phenomena can be predicted and solved before investing in moulding trials. Research

Mission. Markets and productions globalization are particularly challenging and pressing for industrial companies, which are exposed to the risk of being cut off because of the difficulties they can find in transforming themselves by having access to the latest technologies and know-how.
